Request a return

Please read our Return Policy before you submit. Every return needs a Return Authorization (RA) number first. We will reply within 5 business days with your RA number and shipping steps. Do not ship anything until you have your RA. Some items go straight back to the manufacturer, and items sent without an RA are not eligible for a refund.

Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Custom, made-to-measure and special-order garments cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Some manufacturers may allow a remake, depending on their policies; tell us what is wrong and we will check for you.

Pump returns

Skip this section if you are returning a garment. BioCompression only services pumps under their 3-year warranty. A pump over 3 years old will need to be replaced, and most insurance only pays for a new pump every 5 years; ask us for rates.
