How I work with patients

Dr. Stephanie Bayliss, ND — Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). Clinical focus: women's midlife health, hormonal concerns, and mental health.

Working together looks like:

  • An extended initial appointment with a comprehensive assessment and a personalized care plan
  • Follow-up appointments every 2–3 weeks, typically over about three months — the number of visits is recommended at your initial appointment based on your individual assessment, and we review and adjust the plan as we go
  • A check-in from me after each appointment by secure message — a built-in layer of accountability so your plan keeps moving between visits
  • A review appointment at the end of the first three months, where we look at your progress together and decide what ongoing care looks like for you. For most patients, that means ongoing maintenance visits every 1-3 months so we can keep building on what's working

Is this the approach for you?

This approach is designed for women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who sense that something has shifted — and who are ready for a more supported, structured approach to figuring it out.

You may be dealing with some of the following:

  • Mood changes, anxiety, or low mood

  • Fatigue or changes in energy that aren't explained by lifestyle alone

  • Brain fog or difficulty concentrating

  • Sleep disruption or difficulty staying asleep

  • Metabolic concerns such as weight changes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, blood sugar concerns, prediabetes, or diabetes

  • Changes in your menstrual cycle, or navigating perimenopause or menopause

  • Interest in or questions about menopause hormone therapy (MHT/HRT)

  • Hot flashes or night sweats

  • Low libido or changes in sexual health

  • PMS, PMDD, PMOS (formerly PCOS), or Endometriosis

If several of these resonate, this kind of in-depth care was designed with you in mind.

Fees and what to expect

I've chosen to structure my practice in a way that brings meaningful change to midlife health. That kind of change rarely comes in a single appointment - it takes thorough assessment, a clear and customized plan, and consistent follow-through, with real support along the way.

  • Initial appointment (2 hours): $1,200

  • Follow-up appointments (45 minutes): $450 each

If we've worked together before, you may need a shorter re-establishment appointment rather than the full initial - we'll determine this together on your discovery call.

All appointments are billed individually as they occur. There is no upfront payment, deposit, or required commitment. You and I review the plan together as care unfolds, and you may pause or stop at any time.

Most patients begin with regular appointments during the first 3 months of working together. The typical investment for that period is $3,450–$4,350, depending on your individual needs and the care plan we build together. This way of working is best suited to people ready to invest time and attention in their health over several months. It is not designed for one-off visits or prescription renewals — if that's what you're looking for, our clinic can help you find the best fit.
