We’re so glad you’re here. Our Adaptive Riding program is designed to support individuals of all abilities in a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment. Horses offer unique opportunities for growth, independence, and joy, and we’re honored to share that experience with your loved one.

Before you begin the application, please know that our goal is to partner with you in creating the best possible experience. This form helps us learn more about your loved one’s needs, strengths, and goals so we can ensure a safe and meaningful riding journey together.

If you submit this application, please allow 3 business days for a therapist or staff member to contact you. If you do not hear from STAT® within 4 business days, please contact STAT® via TEXT at 833-328-7828. Adaptive riding sessions are $75. We strongly encourage weekly sessions. If you require financial assistance, we can assist with grant funding support when it's available and once you are a client of STAT®. Out of pocket rates are discounted 20% upon request.

Adaptive Riding vs. Hippotherapy: Please note that STAT® currently offers Adaptive Riding services only. At this time, we do not provide licensed therapy services on horseback (commonly referred to as Hippotherapy, which involves OT, PT, or Speech Therapy). If STAT® is able to support these therapy services in the future and you are interested in transitioning to them, please let us know.
