Sprayberry Pediatrics (Direct Primary Care) Interest Form

Please provide your contact information below if you would like to be contacted when Sprayberry Pediatrics begins taking reservations for the direct primary care practice. There will be a limited number of patients accepted into the practice in order to keep the patient panel small. We anticipate beginning to take reservations this summer and beginning visits by fall of 2026.

Please note that the direct primary care practice model involves a subscription agreement between the parent and the physician. It is "direct" because insurance companies are not involved in the financial relationship between the doctor and the parent/patient. No claims are submitted to insurance companies. The subscription functions much like a monthly gym membership fee.

This arrangement is advantageous to the parent and patient because pricing is transparent, access to your physician is simpler and more convenient, and visits are more flexible than under the traditional insurance-based, fee-for-service model that depends on high volume (and therefore shorter, more rushed visits). Additionally, your child's care is not dictated by the whims of any particular insurance company or governmental agency.
