Workshop Scope

Ares covered:

Create sacred space through breath and heart connection
Connect more deeply with your intuition and inner knowing
Discover the art of shamanic journeying
Explore the upper, lower, and middle worlds
Experience the healing power of drum, rattle, voice, and vibration
Connect with your power animals
Establish relationships with your spirit guides

This is a light introduction to shamanic practices where you will learn the basics of journeying. This workshop is designed as an introductory experience and is not a space for deeper processing of trauma. If you are currently experiencing acute emotional distress or trauma that requires support, we recommend booking a one-on-one session prior to or instead of attending this group workshop.
