This form is to become established on the list to participate in the Social Skills Group at Integrated Therapy Services NW. Once the form is submitted, our office will contact you within 5-7 business days.

Social Skills Group is for children and adolescents ages 8-13 who are developmentally congruent for their age (are currently meeting developmental milestones). This group aims to:

Identify strengths and challenges of having friends and interacting with others
Improve self-confidence in social settings
Develop conversational skills for peer interactions
Teach how to navigate social conflicts and problem solving

Social Skills Group includes a 30 minute intake meeting between a group leader and the child(ren) and their parent(s)/guardian(s) and weekly 90 minute group sessions for 4 consecutive weeks.
