Hi! My name is Sarah Lawley Chernick and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide virtual therapy (via online video sessions) to clients that live in California, Utah, and/or Florida.

I work with individuals ages 18 and older that are located anywhere in the states listed above. I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, depression, and disordered eating. I utilize a variety of different therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT, EMDR, exposure therapy, and others. I tailor my therapeutic approach to best fit each individual client.
