1) Company Name
Please provide 3 choices, in order of preference. Name conventions as follows:
- A distinctive, non descriptive first word or prefix (ex. a person's name, initials, a made up word, a geographical location)
- A business descriptor
- A corporate identifier (ex. Ltd., Inc., Corp., etc.).
Topanga's Treats Inc.
Phinn's Fashion Corp.
ABC Holdings Ltd.
2) Company Contact Information
3) Registered and Records Office
Why have a Law Firm as the Corporate Address for your Company?
•We manage any communications regarding the Corporate Registry, even when the owners are away.
•If the registration address is a home, and there are multiple shareholders, then the shareholders must come to the persons home for the minute books if needed. This can be problematic if there are multiple shareholders.
•A business might be perceived as small if a home address is provided versus a corporate address.
•We ensure that annual filing deadlines are met and that annual filings are handled properly.
•We also ensure that that corporate records are maintained in good order and are current.
5) Director(s) and Officer(s) [Director and officer addresses will be publicly available]
Minimum of one director is required. Officers are optional.
** Directors must provide either:
(a) the delivery address and, if different, the mailing address for the office at which the director can usually be served with records between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on business days, or
(b) the delivery address and, if different, the mailing address of the director’s residence. The delivery address must not be a post office box.
**Please note, director and officer addresses will be publicly available.
6) Authorized Share Structure
Every series of shares will have unlimited authorized capital unless instructed otherwise.
