No Show Appointment Policy

Please correct the errors described below.

Business Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

No-Show Policy:

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require at least 48 business hours’ notice to cancel the appointment, so that we may offer the appointment time to another patient. Missed appointments create gaps in our schedule and delays care for all patients.

We kindly ask that you respect this policy. Repeated disputes or refusal to follow the policy may result in being discharged from the practice.

Our goal is always to maintain a respectful and supportive relationship with every patient, and we appreciate your understanding.

To ensure proper notice within our business hours:

Monday appointments must be cancelled by 4:30 PM on the Thursday of the prior week.

Saturday night sleep studies must be cancelled by 12:00 PM on the Thursday of the prior week.

Sunday night sleep studies must be cancelled by 4:30 PM on the Thursday of the prior week.

Multiple missed appointments, regardless of appointment type, may result in you needing to seek medical care outside of Pacific Sleep Program.

Missed Appointment Fees:

  • $100 for a missed 30-minute provider appointment
  • $250 for a missed 60-minute provider appointment
  • $100 for a missed home sleep study appointment
  • $300 for a missed overnight sleep study appointment

Discharge Policy:

You may be discharged from the practice if you have:

  • Up to 2 late cancellations and/or no-shows of office appointments, or
  • 1 late cancellation or no-show of a sleep study

Insurance Disclaimer:

All late cancellation fees and missed appointment fees are NOT payable by your insurance company and will be billed directly to you.
