I show up with care, curiosity, and a liberatory-focused, neurodivergent-affirming lens to support your growth, self-trust, and embodied healing. As a 1.5-generation, neuroqueer, Afro-Latina ADHDer, I understand how complex it can be to move through a world not designed to hold all of who you are. I offer space for neurodivergent, PoGM, QTBIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, and first/second generation immigrant adults to explore, reclaim, and come home to themselves.
