Add-On Service

3 month Add-on | Additional Cost | Includes 3rd microbiome test with comprehensive analysis; Up to nine (9) months of custom probiotics; Up to six (6) months of custom prebiotics (2 formulations). Plus, Ongoing support from our providers during the process.

I understand that this is not a complimentary visit and that a $195.00 deposit is required to secure my appointment. If I choose not to proceed with the package, the $195.00 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the initial session.
