Guidance and Resources--As the facilitator my goal is to provide information and resources on coping strategies, stress management techniques, effective communication, and building healthy relationships. 4. Safe Space- This is a judgment-free zone where you can express yourself without fear of criticism. Confidentiality is respected, creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual support.

The Adolescent Support Group is a community dedicated to providing a supportive and confidential environment for teenagers aged 13 to 18. My aim is to offer a platform where adolescents can share their experiences, learn from one another, and find encouragement as they navigate the ups and downs of adolescence. My goal as the facilitator is to guide discussions, provide resources, and foster a sense of belonging. Each week we cover a specific topic.
