We accept ONLY: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Aetna and McClaren.

MEDICAID: McLaren Medicaid and Blue Cross Complete are the only forms of Medicaid accepted at this time.

NOTE: IF YOU ARE USING MEDICAID please be advised that if you also have a commercial policy (HAP, BCBS, Priority Health, etc.) it is considered the PRIMARY coverage. That means we must bill them FIRST. We will need to verify commercial policies first before an appointment can be offered. Failure to disclose primary coverage MAY result in a large financial responsibility. Please provide information for ALL health insurance policies.
