Dr. Freeman's Career Services Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in my career services. I’ve included some information about my career work below so you can decide if this is something you would like to pursue.

What will we be doing? I start off with one session where I gather information on your career background. I will then send you two online career tests that you will take on your own device or computer. These tests will help you identify your work interests and work personality. We will then spend the next few sessions reviewing the results and applying them to your past, current, and future jobs. You will learn how to access online tools to learn more about various career options. You will also have the opportunity to explore career values and how values influence career choice.

Goal of career counseling: My goal is to give you the tools to make informed career decisions moving forward. My hope is you will learn about yourself through the process and learn how to obtain necessary information about specific career options. By the time our work is over, you may have identified a specific career or job you'd like to pursue or you may have a better understanding of future options and future areas of exploration. This process is unique to each individual and tailored to fit your needs.

How long does this process take? The process usually takes roughly 4-5 sessions. If cost is a concern, we can condense to 3 sessions but we will have to move at a fast pace and you'll have less time to fully explore your options. We will typically meet every 1-2 weeks. Appointments can be over video or in-person. Appointments to review results of career testing are held over video when possible.

Cost: $195/session plus $125 one-time testing fee
