For therapy: If you and Kristen decide to proceed, your next steps are: (1) booking an appointment and completing a more in-depth intake form, and (2) meeting with Kristen for an initial session.
If Kristen cannot support you, she will try her best to share ideas about other options for support.

Kristen works with youth and adults ages 16 and up.

Kristen is licensed to practice psychology in BC. This means her clients need to live in BC and be physically located in BC at their appointment time, even if the appointment is held virtually.

Kristen currently offers therapy services on Monday mornings and early afternoons. Therapy can take place in-person or virtually.
