As demand for our care continues, we are often at capacity and unable to book new patients in a timely manner. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we activate our waitlist to manage new patient requests.

Dr. Kara Dionisio, ND:
Dr. Kara is currently taking names for her waitlist only. We roll out new patient applications as spaces become available based on your place on the waitlist.
Please note: Our best guess is that it takes approximately 3-6 months to get from the waitlist to a booked appointment.
Dr. Bronwyn Hill, ND:
Dr. Bronwyn has now returned from maternity leave and will have more immediate availability. She will offer:
- In-Person Care: Satellite clinic in Creemore, Ontario (all administration remains with our Office Manager, Lisa Ledingham, at Dr. Kara & Associates).
- Virtual Care: Available to patients across Ontario.

What Happens Next?
When spots become available on our schedule, we roll out invitations to complete our "New Patient Application" based on your position on the waitlist. The application is only to ensure that we are able to help you with your health concerns.
You will receive an email when it is your turn, inviting you to complete the application. From there, we will review and be in touch to book your initial appointment.
