Insurance

I understand Caryn Zaner, PsyD is not in network with any insurance policies and I am responsible for payment on the day-of-service. I understand I may reach out to my insurance provider to inquire if I have full or partial coverage for out-of-network (OON) mental health care. If I do have this benefit, I understand it is my responsibility to request a "superbill" (a monthly receipt with special codes) from Caryn Zaner, PsyD. I understand it is my responsibility to submit this to my insurance and I am responsible for any communication with insurance regarding reimbursement.
