This form is to become established on the list to participate in the Creative Expression Group at Integrated Therapy Services NW. Once the form is submitted, our office will contact you within 5-7 business days.

Creative Expression Group is for adolescents ages 13-18 who are developmentally congruent for their age (are currently meeting developmental milestones). This group aims to create a non-judgmental space for self exploration, emotional expression, and stress reduction. The class will focus on self-esteem, emotional regulation and expression, and relaxation.

The group runs Tuesdays from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM.

The group is a 12-week module, Creative Expression Group is not a drop-in class.

All artistic abilities are welcome! All art supplies are provided. It is not about the finished product; it is about the journey.
