Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts in Painting Michelle graduated from Mount Mary University with her Master of Science in Art Therapy. Michelle operates from an Experiential Therapy background with a trauma-focused, multi-cultural lens with over 10 years of facilitation of artistic directives and movement-based initiatives. Michelle has worked with all ages and demographics. Michelle specializes in working with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma and obsessive compulsive disorder. Michelle enjoys helping individuals that desire change and want to create ownership of their healing process.
