Cancellation Policy

Please correct the errors described below.

DeVito Dental Solutions has recently implemented a cancellation policy.

Please understand that when you forget to call or cancel your appointment without giving sufficient advanced notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment, and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive treatment.

We understand that circumstances arise that may prevent a patient from honoring their appointments, however we respectfully request that 48 hours’ notice be given prior to any canceled appointments. In the event that such advanced notice is unable to be granted or patient is a no-show, it will be noted on the patient’s profile.

Following the second cancelled/rescheduled appointment or first no-show, the client will respectfully be asked to use a credit card to make a deposit of 50% of their service total.

Please note that this deposit is not an additional charge. If you keep your appointment after paying your deposit, the deposit amount will be applied to your treatment at that time. However, if you do not keep your appointment, the deposit is nonrefundable.

We appreciate your acknowledgement of this policy as we feel it allows us to best serve our patients needs.
